My quest:
I am a designer/decorator and an avid DIY'er, who has embarked on a mad journey to transform my new apartment into a livable, lovable space, and this blog follows that journey.
Not one to shy away from even an impossible DIY, I will try anything once and am a stanch believer that experimentation is a key to innovation, especially in interior and architectural design/decoration.
My goals:
Currently working for a large condo developer in Toronto and attending school for Architectural Technology part time, I hope to one day own and operate my own design-build firm.
My approach:
I believe that interior spaces should fascinate and delight their inhabitants while providing comfortable and safe shelter. That your surroundings should be tailored for you, and help you regenerate from the day in our busy world - however you do it, and that through careful selection and cultivation of items and finishes working symbiotically together you can create a space that is more than the sum of its parts.
